The usual suspects appear to be missing this year, Drogba, Torres, Lampard, Fabregas & Tevez. These are all players you would be happy to lock in your team at the start of the year but all have there own issues this year.

Lets take a closer look:

Drogba, Chelsea 10.5

Fantasy star but with the arrival of Torres he is surely going to rotated. Take corners and free kicks when he is on but with a aging body and will he be worth the gamble?

Torres, Chelsea 11

Out of form. Not much more to say. His pre-season was underwhelming and has found it hard to break into the squad. Sturridge would be pushing him for a start at this point.

Lampard, Chelsea 12

Too expensive. Playing a deeper role in the new managers system which has to hurt his fantasy points.

Fabregas, Gunners 11

Moving to Barca, well it looks like it so will not feature.

Tevez. Man City 12

Unsettled in the north east and will likely leave. To much risk here

ON THE BRIGHT SIDE

STARS: Van Persie, Rooney, VDV, Suarez

ROUGHIES: Moses, Taarabt, Holt, Ramesy
